*With all lots settled in Stage 1, house construction will commence as per the terms of the building contract.

House construction in Stage 1 is in full swing and we are excited that some residents will soon be calling Silverwell home with the first phase of house builds nearly complete.

** House construction will commence following the completion of the stage and settlement on the land as per the terms of the land contract and building contract.
Although internal concrete works and top-soiling continued this week, the works were hampered by the weather. As such, some lots will not be top-soiled and pegged by 7th December as previously anticipated for valuers. Valuers for lots 1-23 (inclusive) will still be able to view the lots on 7th and 8th December 2023, though valuers for lots 24-29, 54-64 and 86-96 (all inclusive) will need to push their inspections back a week to the 14th and 15th December. Please contact Core for more details regarding valuer access.
These minor delays however have not impacted the critical intersection works or other key dates, with most of the kerb and channel now in place, with the balance to be completed next week with the pouring of the bus bay and completion of the footpath. The base layer of asphalting is still anticipated for the second week of December, which will see the intersection nearing completion.
Whilst works are nearing completion and will typically be complete before the year’s end, authority audits are also required and given timeframes around those actions will anticipate we will not see titles issued until January 2024.
