We are excited to see the construction of the Silverwell Reserve is well underway and park starting to take shape.
The park will offer a playground for children of varying ages along with picnic spaces and a large grassed area for kicking the football or basking in the sun.
We anticipate the space will be complete mid-2024 and look forward to opening this up to residents in the near future.

FIRST RESIDENTS MOVE INTO SILVERWELL
The first stage of Silverwell has really changed and streets starting to come alive with more houses complete and residents moving in. Builds in civil Stage 1 due to be complete mid-2024.
Further streetscape landscaping has also been undertaken, including along the main Glasscocks Road frontage, with that and the nearly completed townhomes really transforming Silverwell.
